If we set the alarm clock just five
minutes before time we can try a good beginning... pushing on
positive mental thinking. So.... lying down on the bed, feeling the
warm, breath deep (air goes to the belly) several times and play a
word chain, where all words are positive, something like... peace,
calm, serenity, quiet, relaxation, love, affection, beauty,
happiness, joy, laugh.
