A good beginning



If we set the alarm clock just five minutes before time we can try a good beginning... pushing on positive mental thinking. So.... lying down on the bed, feeling the warm, breath deep (air goes to the belly) several times and play a word chain, where all words are positive, something like... peace, calm, serenity, quiet, relaxation, love, affection, beauty, happiness, joy, laugh.

Why does it work?
Our brain works in net, every concept active anothers related, if we activate positive mental map during a while we will feel better.
So... good morning... peace, love, laught, joy, happiness, tenderness, hugs and kisses
